1. When is the last time someone did something EXtra-special for you?
The most EXtra-special thing that stands out in my mind was the year my daughter was six. She came home from the school Christmas Bazaar with her little face all aglow. She could barely contain her excitement as she was opening the bag... "Mommy you're gonna love it... I just know you will!"
She pulled out a plastic candle that was about
twenty years old... and I cried.
A gift from her heart to mine.
It was a defining moment... I knew that
my child understood for the first time
the joy in GIVING.
As she got older she would say
"Mom, throw that old candle away."
But here it stands... as always.
A reminder that giving is one
of the most important lessons
in life... it is the true path
to happiness.

I wake up every morning and thank God for another day. This may not seem exciting to most people... but in my world it's extremely important.

Some people are always looking for a reason to be offended...
Bloggers come and bloggers go... some pack up their little google heads and remove them from your followers widget and leave like a thief in the night.
The way I see it, if they don't have the balls to tell me what their problem is... how can I fix it? And coming to me months later with their grudges doesn't work with me either. I can't fix what I can't remember.
I have a Statute of Limitations on grudge bearing that applies to the real world as well as cyberspace.
On the upside... I have made a few very loyal and trustworthy friends. And that makes up for everything else.

4. What makes an ordinary day EXtraordinary and EXceptional?
Time with my daughter. She lights up my day.
5. Name one embarrassing incident you had to EXplain to your mother when you were a child.
The one an only embarrassing incident that I had to explain to my Mom... was a secret between me and her ;)
6. If you could FedEX yourself anywhere in the world, where would you go?
North.
When I can see the Aurora Borealis I'll know I've made it to my destination.
